Dannii Minogue
What a weekend Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogues X Factor fashion face-off continued with an array of to die for dresses and then the a-mazing live performance by Lady Gaga… love it! Monday is obviously the day in the Designer Desirables offices that we discuss in length the latest outfits worn by Cheryl and Dannii our two favourite judges and ask – who gets your vote? Personally Saturday night was no biggie but they certainly made up for that on Sunday. Cheryl’s look came over all gothic in a black puff-shoulder mini dress from Stéphane Rolland, featuring a dramatic long train at the back. While this is far and away from Cheryl’s usual young and funky style, her minimal jewellery, sleek hair and smoky eye make-up ensure she pulled it off in style; her look completed with edgy chain detail platforms from Pierre Hardy. Obviously influenced by the appearance of Lady Gaga, Dannii chose an embellished silver mini dress from Aurelio Costarella featuring a keyhole cut-out detail on the front, with an edgy rolled quiff in her hair. We’re sure Lady G herself would have approved of this ontrend look! Right now there is one show that’s giving everybody at Designer Desirables a major weekly fashion fix and that’s X-Factor. X-Factor marks the style spot – especially when it comes to a certain pair of panel judges who battle it out (in the style stakes!) each week. For me the show is all about the fashion as Cheryl and Dannii lead the X-Factor fash pack with a never ending display of unbelievable couture and up and coming show stopping designer dresses. And what a better time, as the new season of the talent contest is in full swing, to take a peek at the latest fix at the weekend. Your thoughts please ladies who did it best….?
