You can also Collect In Store From Monday To Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Some Remote Areas of the Highlands & Northern Ireland may not offer a next day service and orders to remote areas and Northern Ireland must be placed by 1.00pm to qualify for Next Day Delivery

Next working day delivery applies to all UK mainland orders placed before 4.30pm Monday – Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays)

If you order on a Friday for Next day Delivery before 4.30pm– It will not be delivered until the Next Working Day, which is Monday Although we offer a Next Day Delivery Service occasionally the Courier or Royal Mail may be unable to deliver next day for reasons outside of their control and we cannot be held responsible.

Saturday deliveries are £6.99 and there is an option to select Saturday Delivery at checkout. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 4.30pm on Friday

The majority of our parcels are sent via DPD with a tracking number and need a signature upon receipt.

With DPD you will receive an approximate 1 hour delivery window by email on the morning of your delivery and if you provided a mobile number you will also receive a text message with your delivery slot. If the delivery time is not convenient you can respond to the email or text message and change the date.

Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel – we do offer the option of delivering to a different address at checkout to make it easier for you. Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address.

Some parcels may be sent with Royal Mail and we reserve the right to select the best delivery option for each parcel.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

International orders may incur custom duties and taxes on the items, and we are not responsible for these charges. Should you reject a delivery because of customs charges we will deduct the cost of returning the item back to us from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the item we will authorise the item to be disposed of and no refund will be given.
