We use DPD Courier for the majority of UK Delivery and sometimes Royal Mail and orders received by 4.30pm are usually dispatched that day for delivery the following day if you choose Next Day Delivery. Although we offer a next day delivery service, some remotes areas may take 48hrs and we can not be held responsible for delayed orders or unforeseen delays by the courier. If you place more than one order we reserve the right to send both orders in one parcel but we are unable to refund any postage costs if we do so
UK Mainland buyers should receive your order within 24- 72hrs hours depending on shipping method chose(excluding Bank Holidays)
UK Mainland Orders made by 4.30pm on Friday can be delivered on Saturday.
Northern Ireland orders are 2 days delivery depending on option weight

Yes we ship internationally, but we will only ship outside the UK to cardholders name & address, we will not ship to a different address to that of the cardholder. Your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for the country you live in. International shipping is sent with either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD Courier depending on the weight & desitination of your order.
International shipping costs are determined by weight. Should you place separate orders we may choose to send in one parcel but postage charges will not be refunded as weight of parcel will increase due to volumetric weight

Any item purchased on the website can be returned for a refund (apart from items on Make Us An Offer where we have accepted your bid as these are auction bid items. Normal Make Us An Offer items are returnable if you have paid the website price ). if you are not happy with your purchase, all you have to do is confirm return of the item by email within 7 working days of receipt & return the item / items to us, brand new in their original condition & packaging, unworn, and with any tamper tags intact within 21 days of receipt (it must be back in our possession within 21 days of receipt) with your completed Returned Items Form in your package. Returns are FREE if you use Collect+ - Exchanged items do not qualify for a 2nd Free Return. If you send via the Post Office or any other method than Collect+ you need to pay the return postage. Certain products are non returnable for hygiene reasons which is clearly marked in the item description

Should you require an exchange for a different size we will exchange and send out free of charge within the UK but should you want to return the exchanged item you will need to return at your own expense. Should you want to exchange for a different item there will be a return postage charge if your exchange is under £75. Your return should be fully wrapped to protect the items & shoe boxes must be wrapped & protected as we will not accept unwrapped shoe boxes back. Your shoe box is sent protected and needs to be returned protected and it is your responsibility to ensure this. We do not accept Shoe Boxes back with postage labels attached to the box as we are unable to use the box again
If returning an item from a Non EU country please clearly mark the package "Returns" otherwise we may be charged UK Duty which we are unable to pay so item will be returned to you.
Garments that have perfume odours or deodorant stains or odour will be sent straight back. All items are dispatched with a minimum of 1 Security Tag and if these are removed we will not accept the return.
Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email or by telephone stating the problem.
All returns must be "postmarked" and within 21 days of receipt or you will not get a refund.
Any returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you or at our discression given a credit note, unless there are exceptional circumstances and are at Designer Desirables discression
Any shipment costs charged at checkout will not be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty. If you have a faulty item please call or email us immediately. We will refund the return postage on faulty items.
Refunds are usually processed the same day we receive the item back (Items received on a Saturday will be processed on Monday)
Please note that "Embellished Items" may over time lose crystals & studs and this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed faulty because of their delicate nature and we are unable to accept such items back if crystals or studs are lost
Any returned item which has been worn or washed will be returned to you and a return postage cost will be charged
Should you wish to exchange an item, please complete your returns form clearly marking the "exchange" column and let us know what you want to exchange for. If you exchange for a different item there will be a return postage charge
Non UK orders will need to pay return postage on exchanged items.

Once items unpacked and approved you are usually refunded within 1 working day from receipt of the item and you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and an email confirming your refund. After we process your refund it may take 5-10 working days to be credited to your account which is totally out of our control as the length of time it takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you are with. You will be refunded less the P&P charge. Large orders of over 8 items will be charged £1 per item re-stocking fee on items returned.
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund but once dispatched you need to send it straight back for a refund.
Items purchased using our gift vouchers may be returned or exchanged as per our terms & conditions but can not be refunded, only issued with a new voucher to that value. Any additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher value will be refunded.
