Accounts & Passwords

Your account with Designer Desirables contains your billing and delivery details, your email address and a record of your order. No other details are stored or used. Please note we have no record or stored information related to your credit card, everything passes through our secure on line payment systems & 3D Secure & we have no access to credit card numbers.

Internet fraud & use of stolen credit cards is frequent, so we have security checks in place to prevent fraudulent purchases. NEXT DAY DELIVERY & FREE RETURNS (Clearance Items do not qualify for Free Returns)

We offer NEXT DAY delivery to most areas of the UK & UK RETURNS ARE FREE (Excluding Clearance Items). Items purchased by 3.00pm on Friday are delivered on SATURDAY.

We now use Parcelforce for the majority of UK Delivery and sometimes Royal Mail Special Delivery and orders received by 3.30m are usually dispatched that day for delivery the following day. Although we offer a next day delivery service, some remotes areas may take 48hrs and we can not be held responsible for delayed orders or unforseen delays by the courier. Should you request dispatch of any items other than our preferred method they are not insured by us and done so at your own risk.

UK Delivery

UK Mainland buyers should receive your order within 24 hours depending on the time the order is placed (excluding Bank Holidays)

UK Mainland Orders made by 3.30pm on Friday are delivered on Saturday.

Northern Ireland orders are 2 days or next day delivery depending on option weight

UK mainland orders are £5.99 per order (not per item so you can order as many items as you wish for a fixed price of £5.99) and Returns are FREE (excluding Clearance Items)

Northern Ireland costs differ and certain areas of the UK are not guaranteed next day delivery

We ship to Europe using Parcelforce and delivery is within 2-7days depending on destination Country

Cost of shipping depends on the size & weight of your purchase and once items are in your shopping basket when you select country for dispatch the price for shipping will be clearly displayed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship all over the world, but we will only ship outside the UK to cardholders name & address, we will not ship to a different address to that of the cardholder. Your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for the country you live in. International shipping is sent with either Royal Mail or  Parcelforce depending on the weight & desitination of your order. 

International shipping costs are determined by weight.

USA shipping is by Parcelforce or Royal Mail International & is there usually within 3-5 working days.

Returns

We offer no hassle refunds if you are not happy with your purchase and UK returns are FREE (excluding Clearance Items) . All you have to do is confirm return of the item by email & return the item / items to us, brand new in their original condition & packaging, unworn, and with all tags intact within 14 days of receipt (it must be back in our possession within 14days of receipt)  with your completed Returned Items Form in your package.  You will receive a Pre Paid returns label with your order (UK Only) and all you have to do is take your securely wrapped parcel to any post office and retain your proof of postage. Please allow at least 2 working days for the parcel to reach us. We ensure we get your order to you promptly - please ensure your return reaches us WITHIN 14 days of receipt allowing at least 2 days for your free return.

You must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your intent to return then you have a further 7 days to get back to us. If returning an item from a Non EU country please clearly mark the package "Returns" otherwise we may be charged UK Duty which will be deducted from refund.

Garments that have perfume odours or deodorant stains or odour will be sent straight back.

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email or by telephone stating the problem.

All returns must be "postmarked" and within 14 days of receipt or you will not get a refund.

Any returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you, unless there are exceptional circumstances and are at Designer desirables discression

Any shipment costs charged at checkout will not be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty. If you have a faulty item please call us to arrange collection within the UK

Refunds usually take approx 3 working days from receipt of goods.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, please complete your returns form clearly marking the "exchange" column and let us know what you want to exchange for. Or you can call us on 01661 881765 and we can hold the item off sale for you. Exchanged items within the UK are sent out to you free of postage costs for the first exchange but the free exchange does not qualify for a Free Return as we have sent out to you free of charge.

Non UK orders will need to pay return postage on exchanged items.

Refunds

Once items unpacked and approved you are usually refunded within 3 working days from receipt of the item and you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and an email confirming your refund. After we process your refund it may take 5-10 working days to be credited to your account which is totally out of our control as the length of time it takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you are with. You will be refunded less the P&P charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund but once dispatched you need to send it straight back for a refund.

Gift Vouchers

Items purchased using our gift vouchers may be returned or exchanged as per our terms & conditions but can not be refunded, only issued with a new voucher to that value. Any additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher value will be refunded.
