Please make sure you have verified your email with the system by checking your email inbox after registration. Sometimes emails are blocked by spam filters so make sure the domain designerdesirables.com is allowed.

When will I get my purchase & how is it sent?
We use DHL Couriers for the majority of UK Delivery and orders received by 1.30pm are usually dipatched that day. UK buyers should receive your items next day (Monday to Friday) but occasionally it may take 48 hours. Saturday Deliveries to UK are by special request only & incur an additional charge.
Yes we ship all over the world, but we will only ship outside the UK to cardholders name & address, we will not ship to a different address to that of the cardholder. Your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for the country you live in. International shipping is sent with “Royal Mail International Signed For” with full insurance & track & trace. We can ship Internationally with DHL but there is an extra cost depending on the weight & desitination of your order. We offer no quibble refunds less the P&P charge within the first 7 days of receipt as long as goods are received unworn, in their original packaging & in the same condition they were sent. Any shipment costs charged at checkout will not be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty. You must contact us to confirm returns, DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. Just contact us at returns@designerdesirables.com or call us on 01661 881765 or 01661 881717 between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm. For UK buyers we will arrange for DHL Couriers to collect the package but please read our terms and conditions before making a purchase. International buyers need to return the item to us as soon as possible and need to contact us to let us know the item is being returned within 7 days.
UK Postage & Packing is £9.99 for your first item and every additional item is free. Returns in the UK are Free, just contact us to confirm return & we will arrange for DHL Courier to collect. Please read our Terms & Conditions before making a purchase. The postage & packing charge is added on at checkout. DHL Couriers deliver Monday to Friday as standard, but Saturday Delivery can be arranged at £19.99 additional charge which can be selected at checkout..
Do I get shipping discount for international multiple purchases?
Yes you pay the highest priced P&P and each additional item carries 50% discount.
You are usually refunded within 3 days from receipt of the item, although it may take a few days for the funds to reach your account. You will be refunded less the P&P charge.
Why do I need to give a phone number on registration?
It’s easier for the DHL delivery driver to contact you if he has a problem or can't find you, also we can get in touch if there is a problem.
Do you share my information with any third party?
Your details are not shared with any other party and store following data protection and anti spam legislation.

We use HSBC online secure payments and your account information is stored on our secure servers. During your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with Verisign SSL Certification (secure socket layer) technology. We never disclose personally identifiable information about your purchase history to advertisers or merchants.
I have completed my online payment but have received a message to contact you, why?
Because of the high risk of Internet Fraud, we have certain security checks in place. If you receive a message to contact us once you have made your payment, we may need to check certain information with you that only you the card holder will know. I live outside the EU. How do I get VAT free prices?
On Checkout 17.5% VAT wll be deducted from your invoice as long as your Billing Address is non EU, and the billing address is the same as the shipping address. Designer Desirables can not be held responsible for any customs charges or duty incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us.
Can I place an order by the telephone ?
Yes we can take orders by telephone. Call 01661 881765 or 01661 881717 to place your order. Please have ready your Item Description, Size & Price. We use secure online server to take your payment & your payment will be verified & confirmed by email. You will need card details, name & address card registered to, contact telephone number & email address. If you are a new buyer & have not bought through the site before we can only post telephone orders to the name & address registered on the credit card.
To change the Currency display choose your currency in US Dollars or Euros from the drop down menu at the top right hand side of the page. This will change the prices on the website to your chosen currency. On checkout prices will revert to £ sterling. The currency converter is only a guide to the currency price and we can not in any way guarantee the rate charged by your card provider.
