Any item on the website including sale items can be returned for a refund . We refund the full amount you paid for your item and we have no hidden charges or additional deductions. (excluding certain items for hygienic reasons which are clearly marked on the product page)
We offer FREE UK Returns using Collect+ ONLY - If you return by any method other than Collect+ you will need to pay
(we do not offer Free Returns via any other method at the moment)

Collect + is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,500 local UK shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress. Please note this service can take 2 -3 working days.
1. Go to www.colectplus.co.uk/returns/new/designerdesirables and follow the instructions to print a returns label and find a Collect+ store.
2. Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging. If you have more than one return please just package up into 1 return)
3. Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ Service
4. Keep your receipt to track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track Please note, with Collect+ you cannot return a parcel with dimensions larger than 50x30x30cm and which weigh more than 10kg.
5. Only UK Mainland & Northern Ireland – Some remote areas may not offer this service. If there is no Collect+ store nearby the cost of returning the item by another method will be at your own expense.
6. Collect+ Free Returns only apply to orders made on www.designerdesirables.com and does NOT include any orders made on our Amazon Store or Ebay Store. If you bought on Amazon or Ebay and you wish to use the service you may do so but we will deduct £3.99 from your refund as the service is not free.
7. If you have more than 1 order to return please send back together not individually. Please be courteous and do not abuse this service as it is there to help you. Serious abuse will be deducted from your refund
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, some items, which are individually marked on the product, cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
All you need to do is confirm your return in writing within 7 working days from receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure your item reaches us within 14 days of receipt
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, it is your responsibility to look after the item whilst it is in your possession and we will not accept items back that are marked with deodorant, fake tan or make up or which have an odour of perfume or smoke. All goods will be inspected on return.
If you choose not to use Collect+ or there is no local store near you, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us.
Refunds are issued the same working day we receive your item but the refund may take 2-10 working days to show back in your account depending on your card issuer, which is totally outside of our control.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanged items do not qualify for a Free Return
In order to return an item you are required to complete the returns form, which was enclosed with your order. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Exchanges are normally processed the same working day we receive your item back. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will refund your account. Exchanges must be returned within the returns timescale of 14 days from receipt
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item you can return free using Collect+
Please note that "Embellished Items" may over time lose crystals & studs and this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed faulty because of their delicate nature and we are unable to accept such items back if crystals or studs are lost
Any returned item which has been worn or washed will be returned to you and a return postage cost will be charged
International orders need to returned at your own expense and you must notify us within 7 working days to confirm your return it must be back with us within 14 days of receipt. The parcel must be clearly marked “RETURN” as we will not be liable for any customs or duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package.
