CHRISTMAS RETURNS - ANY ORDER PURCHASED FROM 1st December 2015 as a Christmas Present can be returned for a refund by Friday 8th January 2016
Any item on the website including sale items can be returned for a refund apart from our MAKE US AN OFFER ITEMS where you have placed a bid and it has been accepted, which are non returnable as auction prices but normal Make Us An Offer items are returnable if you have paid the website published price
We refund the amount you paid for your item and we have no hidden charges or additional deductions. (excluding certain items for hygienic reasons which are clearly marked on the product page)
You are responsible for paying postage for your return

Unfortunately due to abuse of the system we are no longer able to offer Free Returns on orders.
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 21 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, some items, which are individually marked on the product, cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
All you need to do is confirm your return in writing within 14 working days from receipt to email@example.com and ensure your item reaches us within 21 days of receipt. We suggest a trackable insured service.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, it is your responsibility to look after the item whilst it is in your possession and we will not accept items back that are marked with deodorant, fake tan or make up or which have an odour of perfume or smoke. All goods will be inspected on return.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us unless faulty.
Refunds are issued usually issued with 48hrs of receiving your return and large orders can take longer to be processed, but the refund may take 2-10 working days to show back in your account depending on your card issuer, which is totally outside of our control.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
In order to return an item you are required to complete the returns form, which was enclosed with your order. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Exchanges are normally processed the same working day we receive your item back. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will refund your account. Exchanges must be returned within the returns timescale of 21 days from receipt
Large Orders - Any order comprising of 8 or more items (or combined orders) will be charged a re-stocking fee of £1.00 per item returned which will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item we will reimburse your return postage
Please note that "Embellished Items" may over time lose crystals & studs and this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed faulty because of their delicate nature and we are unable to accept such items back if crystals or studs are lost
Any returned item which has been worn or washed will be returned to you and a return postage cost may be charged
International orders need to returned at your own expense and you must notify us within 14 days to confirm your return it must be back with us within 21 days of receipt. The parcel must be clearly marked “RETURN” as we will not be liable for any customs or duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package.
