All Purchases should be made payable to Designer Desirables in Pounds Sterling.
We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Switch/ Maestro & Delta (not American Express), Cheques & Postal Orders. Cheques will be cleared before despatching your purchase.

 

Buying is easy but in order to make a purchase, you will need to register and provide your personal details.

 

All orders are subject to Acceptance & Availability and we reserve the right to decline any order.

 

All stock offered for sale is Guaranteed Authentic & Genuine & Brand New Unworn. We do not sell used or counterfeit products. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. You can change the currecy to Euros or Dollars at the top of the website but on checkout payment will revert to Pounds Sterling. The currency converter is a guide only and Designer Desirables is not responsible for the rate charged by your credit card company on purhase.

 

Once you have purchased an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details and a further email will be sent with despatch confirmation and DHL Tracking number.
We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or an un cleared cheque.

 

Designer Desirables can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom charges incurred on any shipment outside of the EU

 

All Credit / Debit Card Transactions are processed with HSBC secure online payment provider and Verisign SSL Certification. We only accept credit card payments from the card holder and the billing address must match the cardholders billing address. We will ship to a different address if we are happy the card holder has authorised this but we reserve the right to decline any orders we feel are not secure. If you have made an error on input with your credit card details, you will get a message pop up to ask you to call Designer Desirables, call 01661 881765 or 01661 881717 and we can check what the problem is so you can correct it.

International Orders will only be sent to the Cardholders Billing Address. Non EU residents will get tax free prices at checkout (less 17.5%) as long as the billing address is non eu. The VAT Free price is displayed at checkout.

 

All invoices display the VAT Exclusive price with the VAT added at the end.

 

Deliveries will be despatched for all orders placed up to 1.00pm every day & will be sent via DHL Couriers. We use DHL Express Shipping for the UK which should arrive next working day but occasionally it may take 48hours depending on the geographical location. DHL only deliver Monday to Friday but Saturday Delivery can be arranged but there is an additional charge.
UK buyers will receive within 24-48hours. International buyers should receive within 4-6 working days.

 

Designer Desirables is responsible for Insuring your purchase until it is signed for by you at which point it becomes your responsibility.

 

Returns & Refunds are accepted and we will arrange collection of your item for return via our couriers DHL at no expense to yourself, except during our Free P&P promotions. for UK orders only and returns must be authorised. During our Free P&P offers we can arrange a UK collection for £5.99 if you prefer or you may return yourself. We can not specify the time the DHL Courier will collect and we will only arrange for one collection as each aborted collection incurrs a cost, so please arrange with us a convenient day to collect. Refunds are issued as long as the item is Unworn, Brand New With Tags and Returned with original packaging & labels in The Condition you received it within 7 days from receipt for UK buyers & 14 days for International buyers. Any refund outside this timescale will be offered a credit note unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed by Designer Desirables. Refunds will be made within 2-3 days of the receiving the item back excluding the post & packing charge. Please be very careful when trying on garments as jewellery & perfume can damage a garment.

We Refund back to the card used for payment within 2-3 Days of receiving the item back but we can not be held responsible for the time it takes the banking system to credit your account.  Some banks take longer than others to show on your statement but we issue refunds very quickly.

 

Postage & Packing charge for UK Buyers is £9.99 per order & Returns are Free.(except during our Free P&P offers)

 

Please note our descriptions are accurate but colours may vary very slightly due to lighting of photography, but we describe as accurately as possible to help you.

 

Your Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us and we will never make your details available to any third party.
