The cost of returning an item is your responsibility but if you are worried about the cost of a return you can purchase a pre paid returns label for £2.99 (UK Only) These can only be purchased at time of ordering and not on their own DON'T WORRY IF YOU BUY A PRE PAID RETURNS LABEL FOR £2.99 AND DON'T USE IT YOU CAN KEEP IT AND USE ON ANOTHER ORDER
Orders placed after 3.00pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (next working day - there are no collections on Saturday & Sunday) Next Day deliveries on a Friday will be delivered Next working Day Monday. Saturday deliveries are extra and are not classed as a working day
Royal Mail can now leave in a safe place if no one is in and you accept this condition when you order on our website so please check your tracking so you can locate your parcel
We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For and DPD Courier For Our Deliveries depending on the size, weight and delivery destination. Heavier & large UK deliveries will go with Parcel Force or DPD
Next working day delivery applies to all UK mainland orders placed before 2.00pm Monday – Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays) Any orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday for next day delivery will not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If you order on a Friday for Next day Delivery before 2.00pm– It will not be delivered until the Next Working Day, which is Monday Although we offer a Next Day Delivery Service occasionally the Courier or Royal Mail may be unable to deliver next day for reasons outside of their control and we cannot be held responsible nor can we refund postage in circumstances which are beyond our control. If you place more than one order we reserve the right to send both orders in one parcel but we are unable to refund any postage costs if we do so
Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked with a tracking number and all need a signature upon receipt. We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for all Deliveries depending on the size, weight and delivery destination. Heavier parcels with go with Parcel Force
Once dispatched you have 7 Days to inform us of NON Delivery Or NON Receipt. Claims made for non receipt or non delivery outside this timescale can not be accepted. All of our orders dispatched contain Tracking Numbers & you will receive Email & Text Tracking messages so you know exactly where your parcel is and when it has been delivered.

Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel – we do offer the option of delivering to a different address at checkout to make it easier for you. Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address. Should you request the parcel to be left in a safe place or an alternative delivery address we can not be held responsible if it is lost
Some parcels may be sent with Royal Mail, some with Parcel Force and we reserve the right to select the best delivery option for each parcel.

AS WE ARE NO LONGER IN THE EU ANY EUROPEAN ORDERS WILL BE VAT FREE ON OUR WEBSITE AND THE UK VAT OF 20% WILL BE DEDUCTED AT FINAL PAYMENT PAGE - YOU MAY PAY VAT IN YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN BUT THIS SHOULD BE COVERED BY OUR VAT FREE PRICES AND DELIVERY TIMESCALES VARY BY COUNTRY AND HOW QUICKLY THEY CLEAR YOUR PARCEL
The United Kingdom has now left the EU. This now means some customers within the EU may have duties and taxes to pay on top of your purchase, which are not included in your Designer Desirables order and are to be paid by you upon entry to your destination country. Should you decline to pay any of these taxes & duties and your order is returned the delivery charge and £15 returned delivery fee will be deducted from your refund
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International orders may incur custom duties and taxes on the items, and we are not responsible for these charges. Should you reject a delivery because of customs charges we will deduct the cost of returning the item back to us from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the item we will authorise the item to be disposed of and no refund will be given.
We now use Parcel Force & their partners to USA and Canada deliveries into these countries do not require signatures and we can not be responsible if delivered without signature. It is entirely at your own risk.
