Next working day delivery applies to all UK mainland orders placed before 3.00pm Monday – Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays) Any orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday for next day delivery will not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If you order on a Friday for Next day Delivery before 3.00pm– It will not be delivered until the Next Working Day, which is Monday Although we offer a Next Day Delivery Service occasionally the Courier or Royal Mail may be unable to deliver next day for reasons outside of their control and we cannot be held responsible nor can we refund postage in circumstances which are beyond our control. If you place more than one order we reserve the right to send both orders in one parcel but we are unable to refund any postage costs if we do so
Our parcels are sent via DPD & Royal Mail Tracked with a tracking number and all need a signature upon receipt. We use DPD & Royal Mail for the majority of Next Day Deliveries & Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for our 3-5 Working Day Delivery, depending on the size, weight and delivery destination
Once dispatched you have 7 Days to inform us of NON Delivery Or NON Receipt. Claims made for non receipt or non delivery outside this timescale can not be accepted. All of our orders dispatched contain Tracking Numbers & you will receive Email & Text Tracking messages so you know exactly where your parcel is and when it has been delivered.
With DPD you will receive an approximate 1 hour delivery window by email on the morning of your delivery and if you provided a mobile number you will also receive a text message with your delivery slot. If the delivery time is not convenient you can respond to the email or text message and change the date.
DPD & Royal Mail have full tracking facilities on their websites
Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel – we do offer the option of delivering to a different address at checkout to make it easier for you. Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address. Should you request the parcel to be left in a safe place or an alternative delivery address we are held responsible if it is lost
Some parcels may be sent with Royal Mail, some with DPD and we reserve the right to select the best delivery option for each parcel.
International orders may incur custom duties and taxes on the items, and we are not responsible for these charges. Should you reject a delivery because of customs charges we will deduct the cost of returning the item back to us from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the item we will authorise the item to be disposed of and no refund will be given.
We use DPD & their partners to USA and Canada deliveries into these countries do not require signatures and we can not be responsible if delivered without signature. It is entirely at your own risk.
