If you previously bought on the old Designer Desirables site, don't worry, just start again. Your old password and details are invalid, simply add your items to your basket,purchase and once you have successfully purchased we will send you a NEW PASSWORD and you are then registered

When Will I Receive My Purchase And How Is It Sent?
Items are dispatched every day.
UK mainland buyers should receive items next day on Next Day Delivery option if purchased by 4.00pm and are dispatched with DPD Courier & Royal Mail
International orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail, or DPD Courier depending on destination and weight.
UK orders purchased on a Friday by 3.30pm are dispatched that day for Next Working Day delivery unless Saturday delivery option is selected

Yes we do ship worldwide but only to selected countries. If you put an item in your shopping basket, there is a drop down menu to select your country of delivery, if it's on there we ship there.
We now use Courier to USA and your item should reach you within 2-3 working days.
Non EU countries get 20% VAT taken off the invoice at final payment stage
UK Mainland £2.99 2-4 Day Delivery, £3.99 for Next Working Day delivery & £9.99 for Saturday Delivery (excluding Bank Holidays) per order (not per item)
Northern Ireland takes 48hrs delivery and the price is displayed before purchase at checkout
International shipping costs depend on the destination & weight and are displayed at checkout before purchase

Once you have purchased on the website you will automatically be sent a password via email and from there you can sign into "My Account" at the top of the website and follow the progress of your order.
How Do I know If My Size Is In Stock?
When you are in the item description page you need to first "Choose Colour" THEN the size menu will appear and if you drop down the menu you can see if your size is in stock. The Buy It Now Button will turn GOLD if you can purchase that item. Please call us on 0191 2712970 to ask for any advice or help or we may be able to order an item in for you
We offer no quibble refunds less the P&P charge within the first 10 working days of receipt as long as goods received in the same condition they were sent. Any item purchased on the website can be returned for a refund including Sale & Clearance items.

Can I Have A Refund If My Item Is Not Suitable?
YES you can have a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 days from receipt brand new and unworn with all labels & tags intact. Intent to return must be noted by Email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt
You need to return the item either with Collect+ Free or at your cost via Royal Mail
Refunds are usually made the day we receive your item as long as it is received within our returns timescale. Returns received on a Saturday will be processed on Monday. Your refund can take several days to appear on your statement which is totally dependant on your card issuer and out of our control.

I Live Outside The EU. How Do I Get VAT Free Prices?
On Checkout 20% VAT will be deducted from your invoice at final payment stage as long as your Billing Address and delivery address is non EU.
