UK Mainland Returns are Free on orders over £150 (Excluding Postage & After Any Discount Codes Used)
Any item on the website including sale items can be returned for a refund.
We refund the amount you paid for your item and we have no hidden charges or additional deductions. If you used a "Discount Code" on your order and return part of it the "discount" applied to the full order will be applied to applicable returns and the items kept.
You are responsible for paying postage for your return unless you qualified for a free return. Your Free Return is only valid to use on the order you placed when you received it, not for any other order placed before or after the relevant order, should you use it for any other order than the one it was meant for we will deduct £4.99 from your refund for mis-use. If returning high value items we recommend a signed & tracked service with adequate insurance. Exchanges don't qualify for a Free Return. If you are using a Free Returns Label for items over £250 we recommend you cover yourself as we only cover up to the value of £250
You can return via Collect+ for £4.49 payable online direct to Collect+ by clicking this link If you use this service your contract is with Collect+ not Designer Desirables and should your parcel get lost you will need to claim from Collect+. It is your responsibility to ensure you are covered for the value of items you are returning
You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you contact us within 14 days of receipt to acknowledge the return. You have 21 days from receipt to return your item in a resalable condition with all labels and tags attached for a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Distance Selling Regulations state the "Basic Delivery Costs" will be refunded but as our basic delivery charge is Free if you upgrade to a different delivery option this will not be refunded
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, some items, which are individually marked on the product, cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
All you need to do is confirm your return in writing within 14 days from receipt to email@example.com and ensure your item reaches us within 21 days of receipt. We suggest a trackable insured service.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, it is your responsibility to look after the item whilst it is in your possession and we will not accept items back that are marked with deodorant, fake tan or make up or which have an odour of perfume or smoke. All goods will be inspected on return.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us unless the item is faulty or you qualified for a Free Return. We only issue one Free Return per qualifying order. If you did not receive your Free Return please contact us and we will email a new one but we do not pay for your return by any other method than our pre paid label
Refunds are issued usually issued with 48hrs of receiving your return and large orders can take longer to be processed, but the refund may take 2-10 working days to show back in your account depending on your card issuer, which is totally outside of our control.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
In order to return an item you are required to complete the returns form, which was enclosed with your order. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Exchanges are normally processed the same working day we receive your item back. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will refund your account. Exchanges must be returned within the returns timescale of 21 days from receipt
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item we will reimburse your return postage or send you a free returns label. (Breaking a zip does not constitute a fault of the garment)
Please note that "Embellished Items" may over time lose crystals & studs and this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed faulty because of their delicate nature and we are unable to accept such items back if crystals or studs are lost
Any returned item which has been worn or washed, or is outside of our T&Cs will be returned to you and a return postage cost may be charged - or you can arrange to collect at your expense
International orders need to returned at your own expense and you must notify us within 14 days to confirm your return it must be back with us within 21 days of receipt. The parcel must be clearly marked “RETURN” as we will not be liable for any customs or duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package. We do not refund the postage charged on International Orders
