The cost of returning an item is your responsibility but if you are worried about the cost of a return you can purchase a pre paid returns label for £2.99 (UK Only) These can only be purchased at time of ordering and not on their own DON'T WORRY IF YOU BUY A PRE PAID RETURNS LABEL FOR £2.99 AND DON'T USE IT YOU CAN KEEP IT AND USE ON ANOTHER ORDER
Any item on the website including sale items can be returned for a refund apart from Sunglasses & Hats for hygiene reasons.
We do not offer exchanges
We refund the amount you paid for your item and we have no hidden charges or additional deductions. If you used a "Discount Code" on your order and return part of it the "discount" applied to the full order will be applied to applicable returns and the items kept.
You are responsible for paying postage for your return unless you qualified for a free return or a faulty item. If returning high value items we recommend a signed & tracked service with adequate insurance.
You are entitled to a refund on any item purchased online. You have 21 days without notifying us from receipt for Non Sale Items and 14 days from receipt to return Sale Items your items must be in a resalable condition with all labels and tags attached for a refund. As NI is not UK Mainland we do not refund postage
You can if you prefer inform us of your wish to cancel within 14 days, commencing the day after delivery and you then have a further 14 days from the date of this communication in which to return the goods to us.
it is your responsibility to look after the item whilst it is in your possession and items that are marked with deodorant, fake tan or make up, washed or which have an odour of perfume or smoke may incur a deduction to be made from the refund for any diminished value caused by the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This can be up to the full value of the goods
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us unless the item is faulty or you qualified for a Free Return.
Refunds are issued usually issued with 48hrs of receiving your return and large orders can take longer to be processed, but the refund may take 2-10 working days to show back in your account depending on your card issuer, which is totally outside of our control.
In order to return an item you are required to complete the returns form, which was enclosed with your order. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. We no longer offer exchanges so if you need an exchange you need to re-order
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item we will send you a free returns label. (Breaking a zip does not constitute a fault of the garment)
Please note that "Embellished Items" may over time lose crystals & studs and this is the nature of the item and they are not deemed faulty because of their delicate nature and we are unable to accept such items back if crystals or studs are lost
We Do Operate A Fair Use Returns Policy
We do monitor returns & if we notice an unusually high returns activity that doesn’t follow the normal average, ordering large quantities and returning everything continuously or we suspect you are wearing your purchases and returning them we reserve the right to deactivate your account and cancel your order. Should this happen to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
International orders need to returned at your own expense and you it must be back with us within 21 days of receipt. The parcel must be clearly marked “RETURN” as we will not be liable for any customs or duties charged if this is not clearly marked and clearly visible on the package. We do not refund the postage charged on International Orders
